An nyoung people!!! AHAHAHAHA!!!!!!! Good news, this is the first netball training I completed without acquiring VERY serious injuries ever since I sprained my ankle..... Okay, so this is how it goes..... We did the 10 mins run around the school for our warm up.......... ITS COOL!!!! FINALLY, I CAN RUN!!!!!!!!!!! LOL LOL LOL!!!! After warm up, obviously must stretch...... *STRETCH STRETCH STRETCH*..... During the last lap of the run, I scratch my fingers..... I SCRATCH MY FINGER EH!!!! I felt proud of myself, I seriously dun understand how I can scratch my finger when I am running using my legs..... But then I found out.....*AHAHAHAHA, GENIUS THX!!!!* LOL, when I was running, for some reason, I bumped into the wall *Rest assure people, not my head.....* and in order for my head NOT to bang onto the wall, I have to use my hands to push myself away from the wall before I seriously bang my poor head onto the wall.... And as a result, I scratch my finger against the SHARP part of the frame of the painting that is hung on the world..... OUCH OUCH OUCH!!!!!!!!!! Den after that, Coach Ding wants to talk to us while we stretch.... Anyway, just a little bit information so you don't go 'HUH?! WTH IS SHE TOKING ABOUT?!'..... We are changing Coach again, so in order not to make us feel like that we are 'UNWANTED', she had a talk with us...... Atmosphere damn emo...... I nearly wanted to cry..... LOL, DEN AT THIS TIME HOR!!! GOT ONE NETBALL BOUNCE TOWARDS ME EH!!!!! LOL LOL LOL!!!! RUIN ATMOSPHERE!!!! BAD BALL!!!!!! BUT BECUZ I WAS FACING OUR COACH, I NEVER SEE!!!! LOL, THE BALL DAMN CLEVER, CAN BOUNCE ONTO MY HEAD EH!!!! LOL LOL LOL!!!! I CRIED!!!!! But it is kinda weird..... I am laughing while I am crying........... LOL!!!! TRAINING HAVEN EVEN STARTED DEN KANA WHACK ALREADY!!!!! Den we did ball handling, passes and drills.... Den during one of the drills, I was suppose to defend a person *SORRY PEOPLE!!!! I FORGOT WHO IS THE PERSON!!!!*.... That person is very serious.... SERIOUS UNTILL SHE SCRATCH MY FINGER AGAIN EH!!!! *This time is another hand* LOL!!!!! PAIN EH!!!!! Den we did quite a lot of things........... Den end training liao...........

LOL LOL LOL!!!!!!!!! THIS NETBALL TRAINING I KANA HIT 3 TIMES!!!!! PRO RIGHT?! AIYA, I HOLD THE NEW WORLD RECORD OF GETTING INJURED THE MOST!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!! Oh, forgot to mention........ During Science lesson I also almost fall..... Not because I am sleeping.... It is because my hand slip off the chair.... and at that time, I am relying on tat hand.......... So ya, tats all for today!!!!!!!!!!!
