An nyoung people!!! AHAHAHAHA!!!!!!! Good news, this is the first netball training I completed without acquiring VERY serious injuries ever since I sprained my ankle..... Okay, so this is how it goes..... We did the 10 mins run around the school for our warm up.......... ITS COOL!!!! FINALLY, I CAN RUN!!!!!!!!!!! LOL LOL LOL!!!! After warm up, obviously must stretch...... *STRETCH STRETCH STRETCH*..... During the last lap of the run, I scratch my fingers..... I SCRATCH MY FINGER EH!!!! I felt proud of myself, I seriously dun understand how I can scratch my finger when I am running using my legs..... But then I found out.....*AHAHAHAHA, GENIUS THX!!!!* LOL, when I was running, for some reason, I bumped into the wall *Rest assure people, not my head.....* and in order for my head NOT to bang onto the wall, I have to use my hands to push myself away from the wall before I seriously bang my poor head onto the wall.... And as a result, I scratch my finger against the SHARP part of the frame of the painting that is hung on the world..... OUCH OUCH OUCH!!!!!!!!!! Den after that, Coach Ding wants to talk to us while we stretch.... Anyway, just a little bit information so you don't go 'HUH?! WTH IS SHE TOKING ABOUT?!'..... We are changing Coach again, so in order not to make us feel like that we are 'UNWANTED', she had a talk with us...... Atmosphere damn emo...... I nearly wanted to cry..... LOL, DEN AT THIS TIME HOR!!! GOT ONE NETBALL BOUNCE TOWARDS ME EH!!!!! LOL LOL LOL!!!! RUIN ATMOSPHERE!!!! BAD BALL!!!!!! BUT BECUZ I WAS FACING OUR COACH, I NEVER SEE!!!! LOL, THE BALL DAMN CLEVER, CAN BOUNCE ONTO MY HEAD EH!!!! LOL LOL LOL!!!! I CRIED!!!!! But it is kinda weird..... I am laughing while I am crying........... LOL!!!! TRAINING HAVEN EVEN STARTED DEN KANA WHACK ALREADY!!!!! Den we did ball handling, passes and drills.... Den during one of the drills, I was suppose to defend a person *SORRY PEOPLE!!!! I FORGOT WHO IS THE PERSON!!!!*.... That person is very serious.... SERIOUS UNTILL SHE SCRATCH MY FINGER AGAIN EH!!!! *This time is another hand* LOL!!!!! PAIN EH!!!!! Den we did quite a lot of things........... Den end training liao...........
LOL LOL LOL!!!!!!!!! THIS NETBALL TRAINING I KANA HIT 3 TIMES!!!!! PRO RIGHT?! AIYA, I HOLD THE NEW WORLD RECORD OF GETTING INJURED THE MOST!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!! Oh, forgot to mention........ During Science lesson I also almost fall..... Not because I am sleeping.... It is because my hand slip off the chair.... and at that time, I am relying on tat hand.......... An Nyoung, people........... Okay, I shall go straight into the point since I am not in the mood to high about something now..... Okay, so today, I had Netball Training........ At first was fun....... In fact damn fun!!!!!!!!! Laila came down to train us.... SHE CAME DOWN TO TRAIN US!!!!!!!!!! AHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!! I missed her trainings a lot.............. LOL..... Okay, so we started with the 'circuit' warm up........ WHICH IS A THOUSAND TIMES EASIER THAN OUR NORMAL WARM UP!!!!! We did four rounds.............. Den we start with our quite normal ball handling..... and den passes....... I PAIRED WITH YI GIN!!!! WOOHOO~~~ Cuz Jin Qi not here today.... Hehe..... Okay, so Laila said we are not allow to drop balls.... If not do forfeit......... LOL.... We still dropped..... LOL LOL LOL!!!! All together, the whole team dropped 12 balls..... 12 BALLS EH!!!!! But well, me and Yi Gin only dropped once..... which is like 0.5 out of the total percentage..... So yeah, we were SUPPOSED to do forfeit..... but we never do...... cuz Laila dunno make us do what...... Den Monique came over, and told Laila they wanna play Scissors Paper Stone........ I dun really know what is that called and I am lazy to elaborate......... So ya........ We played for like 8 rounds?? Aiya, approximately there........ I also never count.... Since I was too engrossed in the game..... After that, we did some drills such as arrow, square and others which i cannot remember cuz of my STM..... OH YA!!!! WE DID ONE THIRD!!!! DAMN FUN!!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!! Okay, so when we finish one-third, the seniors wanted to play against us.... and let me emphasize the word.... AGAINST!!!! Okay, so we did.......I played the first round...... TAT IS WHEN THE TRAGEDY HITS!!!! Okay, so it goes like this..... Vanessa (Sorry if I spell your name wrong.... FORGIVE ME!!!!!) was going to catch the ball.....and then I was the defender responsible to defend Vanessa.... And I was like risking my life for the ball (Sorry, a bit exaggerating) so I didn't land properly and fell...... I FELL!!!!!!!! Den I felt that my ankle hurts like hell.... AND WHEN I MEAN LIKE HELL.... I MEAN IT!!!! Then Laila and someone.........I dun rmb hu....... help me up and put me at the side.... Den Bernice got a plastic bag with some ice inside and ask me put on my ankle...... So ya, I kinda sit there and look at them have fun.............. Boring..... Den the game ended.... Laila help me to get to the bench area....... Den Ms Li come and talk to me, showing concern towards me..... So ya, den after a long time.... Caroline, Laila and Amutha (AHHHH!!! SORRY IF I SPELLED YOUR NAME WRONGLY!!! TSK!!!! I SHOULD HAVE ASK HOW TO SPELL YOUR NAME!!!) help me to get into the taxi...... Den reach home....... Putting ice on my ankle and typing this post..... By the way, the aim of this post is not only to tell you about my TRAGEDY, but also to thanks all my seniors and teammates for staying with me and concerning about me..... OH AND DON'T FORGET MS LI!!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!!! THANKS GUYS AND MS LI!!!!!!

Korean songwriter and music producer, Jae Chong recently went to his blog and wrote about his current music projects. Among them was one that is sure to catch a lot of attention, DBSK’s new trio,JYJ’s worldwide album.
There’s been a lot of rumours going on about JYJ’s upcoming album with very little confirmation from the trio’s management. JYJ (JaeJoong, Yoochun, JunSu) are allegedly set to fly to the United States this month to begin recording for their new album, which will be released through a “well-known” music company in the States but with a focus on targeting Asian countries.
According to The Thomas Crown Chronicles, JYJ’s album is to be produced by Korean producer Kim HyungSuk and American singer and songwriter, Timbaland. Now, Jae Chong, who has worked with artists such as BoA, Vaness Wu, and Uhm JungHwa has announced he is currently writing songs for JYJ. Chong describes the upcoming album as a “huge collaboration project featuring…the biggest A listers in the US.”
Been writing songs for a Korean group DBSK (or better known as TVXQ in Japan)…They’ve been the best selling group in Asia basically crushing everyone’s sales…They actually make up for 40% of all revenues made by Avex Japan…That’s HUGE!!! Too bad my old group SOLID sold 4 times more than them tho…hahaha! But of course…different generation…^^ Anyways, this is sort of “top secret” but I guess what betterplace to talk about “top secret” projects than a public blog like this one? haha…Basically, DBSK used to belong to SM Entertainment in Korea…For those of you who don’t know what that is…It’s basically one of the biggest entertainment companies in Korea…Anyways, 3 of the 5 members recently defaulted and sued SM Entertainment for “slavery” contracts (I can explain about that…but that will take 10 pages…). So 3 of them are releasing a new album under a their own company…and me (aka “yours truly”) got involved…Basically, it’s a huge collaboration project featuring the 3 guys from DBSK and the biggest A listers in the US…as of now…being Kanye West and Timbaland…To make the long story short…we’re working on the album as I type…and will fly to Hawaii to record at Kanye’s house…and then possibly go to LA or Miami to record with Timbaland…This is by far THE biggest budget project EVER in Asia…PERIOD! And the reason for the secrecy besides the obvious media frenzy it will cause…is because SM Entertainment is PISSED OFF about them leaving…and I don’t wanna step on anyone’s toes…but as usual…Oh well…It is what it is…

So I have decided that after SHINee have gone on the comeback stage, I am gonna give all my attention to the DBSK New Trio Unit, JYJ and of course, DBSK..... I am listening to DBSK's Always There now..... Very nice.... So this year is a very good year.... A LOT of bands are making a comeback.... AND FINALLY, and when I said finally, I meant FINALLY, the lawsuit has ended.... The result is.... DBSK anneyeong..... Anyway, I VOWED THAT I WILL SERIOUSLY GIVE ALL MY ATTENTION TO JYJ WHEN THEY HAVE THEIR COMEBACK!!! So for the meanwhile, just tolerate while I high about SHINee..... DBSK is forever the NUMBER ONE in my heart..... BECAUSE THAT IS TRULY A CASSIOPEIA!!!!! Once a CASSIOPEIA, forever a CASSIOPEIA!!!!!

SHINee Releases Details on Their Upcoming Album! |
Details regarding SHINee’s upcoming album, ‘Lucifer,’ was recently released online; from the release of the tracklist, to information about the album’s very special lyricists, this is some information you definitely don’t want to miss!
According to various Korean news sources online, ‘Lucifer’ will be music inspired by the beats of 80’s Electronica music, which is known for its constant usage by breakdancers. However, ‘Lucifer’ will have a more modernized, upbeat tempo, as well as a “strong, sophisticated rhythm,” which will surely make it extremely appealing to listeners! In addition, the track list was recently uploaded and released online; it seems that there will be 13 tracks total.
News has traveled fast in regards to the lyricists of SHINee’s second album; from the looks of it, the creators of the songs’ lyrics are no other than members Onew and Jonghyun! Onew, who will be showing the world what he can do in regards to writing lyrics for the first time ever, showcased his sensitive side in ‘Your Name,’ while Jonghyun took on the role of a man living a painful life after losing love in ‘Blame.’
Amongst the other tracks are songs such as ‘Electric Heart,’ which was composed by Jinu, who is also known for composing Brown Eyed Girls’ ‘Abracadabra.’ The song is said to have electro-hip hop rhythms and a guitar melody similar to that of Spanish music. ‘Life’ was composed by Kenzie, and will take on the role of the strong R&B ballad in the album. Meanwhile, ‘UP & DOWN’ has been described as a song that’s only slightly more contemporary than the melody of an old school hip-hop track, and ‘Arrow’ will be a rock ballad speaking of loneliness as one experiences solitude. ‘A-Yo’ was created with the purpose being to allow listeners to “shout out A-Yo! over and over again,” and ‘Love Still Goes On’ will be released as an epilogue to the boys’ first album.
Overall, ‘Lucifer’ will contain lyrics that speak of “selfishness, deluding oneself into thinking [that] obsession is love, and alternating between [threats] and reconciliations as if [one’s] lover has both the face of an angel and a devil.”
It certainly sounds like this album will have something for everyone! Are you ready for the boys to get back onstage?

An Nyoung!!!! I am here to post~~~ Hahahahaha!!! Okay, so today I got netball training..... We did a lot of stuff..... So ya, fitness training den ball handling den drills.... Normal stuff..... BUT DURING THE DRILLS!!! SOMETHING SAD HAPPENED TO ME!!!!! Yeah, so I was catching or better, TRYING to catch the ball.... Well, I caught it.... BUT I COULD NOT BALANCE!!! So I ended up falling behind... as in like my butt touch the ground first.... Ouch..... It hurts like hell..... WHY DO I ALWAYS GET INJURED DURING NETBALL TRAININGS!!!!!! AHHH!!! Okay, thats the only interesting thing that happened today.... By the way, good news.... I have tried falling down in many different ways....AT LEAST 5 DIFFERENT WAYS!!! So ya, thats the only good news.....
Okay, although the title is netball training..... I couldn't help but add a little bit of KPOP madness.....

An Nyoung!!!! Woohoo~~~ Yo people!!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!! Well anyway, today had netball training.... I am sure all of you know right....I think..... So ya, we started our warm up with a 20 minutes run around the school.... DAMN TIRING EH!!!! Den when nearly at the end, OMG!!!! That is when the tragedy strikes...... When we are nearly done for the warm up...... I PULLED MY MUSCLE!!!! AHHHH!!!! I PULLED IT!!!! AHHHHH!!! VERY PAIN!!!!! I can't even run..... it simply hurts a lot.... So ya, kind Bernice ran with me, and she was like slowing down her speed to run with me..... Wait a minute.... She didn't looks like she slowed down.... SHE REALLY SLOW DOWN!!!! So ya, finally manage to reach the canteen.... but it was really very pain..... so I was limping all the way....... Den happen a lot of things that I can't remember because of my STM, I only remember Coach Ding came.... And then the others are telling I pulled my muscle... Den she help me stretch..... BUT IT STILL HURTS!!!! So I sat down and rest and look at others train.... I AM DAMN ENVIOUS EH!!!! It looks damn fun.... at least to me..... So ya, I was like very envious..... Although I didn't do much.... I MANAGE TO DO SOME EASY ONES WITHOUT INVOLVING MY LEG!!! Woohoo~~~~ So ya, and den they did the anywhere ball *I think*..... IT WAS ALSO DAMN FUN!!!! But I cannot do..... cuz I pulled my muscle.... So I sit by the side and look at them do...... Den we went to do some gym work...... I also cannot do..... cuz it involves leg......... So ya, I stood at the side watching the others have a LOT of fun........ Felt very bored..... Finally, we are doing some arm work.... YAY!!! I CAN FINALLY JOIN!!!! WOOHOO~~~~ So I was the last one to go...... when I did..... IT WAS LIKE DAMN PAIN AND TIRING!!!!! But its fun..... hehe, I am mad...... Now everything in netball is fun to me......Okay, thats the end of my boring netball training.... Hope next training I won't pull my muscle again..... I really dun wan to sit by the side anymore.... I NEVER WANT TO SIT BY THE SIDE AND WATCH MY TEAM MATES HAVE FUN!!!!! Okay, thats seriously THE END!!!! Anneyeong!!!!

Sorry for this crappy emo post..... I really dun have the mood to fool around now.... Haizzzzzz.... I feeling damn depress today..... I have a feeling some people don't really like me....I dunno why.... Did I do something wrong?? Why they don't like me??? All these thoughts are circling in my mind now..... I only want to be good friends with them..... but why do I have the feeling the harder I try, the more they detest me...... Is it really because of my attitude or habits??? Haizzzzz.... I really dunno..... I feel so stressed now...... People says the more you grow up, the harder you find to lead life happily..... Is it really true that when we grow up, the word happy is no longer in our dictionary?? I dunno for others.... But I seriously feel this way now..... Haizzzzz.... Is leading an easy and happy life so difficult??? I really wanna feel happy again.... Its hard to smile when you dun have the mood to..... But somehow, I have to...... Because if I dun smile, people will start giving negative comments..... I really dun wanna listen to their crap.... But somehow, when it comes to someone you treasures a lot..... You have no choice but to listen and change..... You want them to like you..... I am really tired of acting cheerful when I am not....
